Exhibit Area Hours:
Thursday, April 27th – 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm
(Includes AMMG’S Welcome Reception 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall)
Friday, April 28th – 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday, April 29th – 9 am to 4:00 pm

The Conference Networking Area will be open during exhibit hours. Sponsors are welcome to man their booth at their discretion and are strongly encouraged to be present during all breaks - as listed in the conference agenda. Please keep the booth set-up clean and professional in appearance during all exhibit hours.

Sponsor Badges:
Must be worn at all times during the Conference. Please visit the conference registration desk to pick-up your badges. Each 10x10 booth space is allowed four badges.

Set-Up:
Thursday, April 27th at 9:00am to 1:30pm

Sponsors must be set-up by 1:30 pm and all shipping containers removed.
Promptly at 2:00pm AMMG will clear all aisles and booths not set-up.

Exhibit Area:
Each exhibit unit will be a 10’ x 10’ area. There will be black pipe and drape. Booth locations will be available upon arrival at the conference. We do not assign booth numbers in advance.

Provided: One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket.

Shipping and additional booth needs:
We will be using GES to coordinate your shipping and booth needs (i.e. setup, signage, extra furniture, etc.). They will be sending you an exhibitor kit with all the forms and information about how to ship, order extra chairs and tables and other exhibiting needs.

Please use forms provided from the hotel. Put N/A if a booth number is requested.

Tear Down: Saturday, May 14th after 4:00pm.
IMPORTANT - Tear down will not be allowed prior to 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Your conference badge permits access to all Conference lectures.
