We are excited to once again share with you some ideas to gain additional exposure for your company at our upcoming AMMG Medical Conference.

The offerings below should allow for participation at most budget levels. If you have other suggestions – please, just ask. If we can, we will be happy to work with you on them.


Conference Guidebook Advertising

The printed Conference Guidebook is distributed to all attendees at the conference. It is a handy reference booklet that includes key conference information, faculty details and biographies, short abstract of each lecture, the agenda, directory of Sponsors and pages for notes. Many attendees retain the guidebook as a reference after the conference which makes it an excellent choice for advertising effectiveness and value. Advertising is available to AMMG Sponsors only.

Cost is $400 to $1450, depending on size and format.


Ad in the Conference Guidebook + Banner Ads in AMMG’s eJournal

With any full page or half page color ad placed in the guidebook – receive a 20% discount on all banner ads for the 6 months following the conference. Take advantage of all 6 months – or try just one. Discount is in addition to the already reduced cost given to sponsors.

Pre-conference eBlast sent to all attendees

A dedicated eBlast is sent to all attendees just prior to the conference that promotes the exhibitors and exhibitor sponsored functions. Include a banner ad highlighting your participation and gain attendee recognition. Cost is $500.


Host an Attendee Break

This is a great way to gain additional exposure. Sponsor may provide signage and/or literature to be displayed at the break area. Your staff may also be on hand to greet attendees as they get their refreshments. Cost is $500 per break


Host a Therapeutic Chair Massage during breaks

Have a professional massage therapist on hand to work on the tired shoulders and backs of the attendees during a break. Imagine the positive feedback you’ll get from hosting this! Cost is $500 per break.


Host a Private Symposium or Reception

Host a non-CME event at the conference. Several options are available. Must be a Silver level sponsor or above. Please contact us for details and costs.


Hotel Room Drops

The JW Marriott Starr Pass can do custom room drops to AMMG attendees’ rooms. Be the first to get your company brochure or product sample in the hands of the attendees. Please contact us for details and costs. Items must be pre-approved by AMMG.


Notepads & Pens with Sponsor Logo

Have your company’s name and logo in front of prospective customers as they use the notepads and pens throughout the conference and again once they are back home. Notepads and/or pens are to be provided preprinted by the sponsor and AMMG will have them available to each attendee. Cost is $500 for notepads and $200 for pens – or $600 for both.


Support a Medical Student’s Attendance

Do your part to help to grow the specialty of Age Management Medicine by providing scholarship funding to allow a medical student/students to attend the conference. You can support students that you personally would like to select or AMMG will make this available to medical students who inquire. Credit for your contribution will be acknowledged in the Conference Guidebook and in one of our eJournals. Cost is $1000 for three students.
